The hotel is conveniently located near the Glendale Galleria and The Americana, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms are outstanding and resemble an apartment. While the service is professional, there were interruptions due to staff entering without knocking early in the morning. The dining offered a decent breakfast, but lacked some hot protein choices. Overall, a great location with amazing rooms, though service and dining could use some improvements.
The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and the mall, making it quick to get in and out of the city. The rooms are excellently comfortable and chic, but the smoky atmosphere was a drawback. The staff, especially the manager, was very friendly and accommodating.
This hotel is just what we needed! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff, especially Jessie at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping at the Glendale Galleria and The Americana. The dining experience had its flaws, but the overall value for money was decent.
